A more useful scorecard tracks reuse of common components, speed to production, adoption in live workflows, reduction in duplicate effort across business units, and the share of AI initiatives that move from pilot to governed operation.
When those measures improve, leaders are no longer funding isolated experiments. They are building operating leverage that can be reused across the business.
